Information we collect

If you contact Florentix or use the project advisor, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company, website, project details, and messages.

If a campaign or referral link brought you here, the site may temporarily remember the referring platform, campaign, landing page, and call-to-action during that browser session. Those details are attached to an inquiry only after you submit it.

How information is used

We use information to answer inquiries, prepare and deliver services, operate and secure the site, improve the visitor experience, understand which marketing leads to real inquiries, and maintain business records.

Attribution without advertising trackers

Florentix does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or another third-party advertising tracker on this site. It does not send browsing behavior, form fields, contact details, or message content to Google or Meta for advertising measurement.

Campaign tags and referring sites can still identify that an inquiry came from a source such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, email, or another campaign. Florentix keeps that source information with the inquiry in its own business system so it can compare which outreach produced real conversations.

Service providers

Florentix uses service providers to host the site, store inquiry records, deliver email, handle bookings, and operate the project advisor. These providers process information only for those operational purposes and under their own privacy terms. Current providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Anthropic, and Cal.com.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or rights of Florentix and others, or as part of a business transfer. We do not rent or sell inquiry information.

Retention and security

Inquiry and client records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, legitimate business records, security, and legal obligations.

Florentix uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

This site does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies. You can still limit browser storage through your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
